The 30-Day Window 🗓️

You have **30 days** from the day your package arrives to decide if it's the right fit for you. We just ask that items are returned in their original "cute" condition — unused, with tags, and in all their original packaging.

Email Us

Send a quick note to hello@charmoko.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Pack it Up

Pop the items back into their original box. Make sure everything is tucked in safe and sound!

Post it Back

Send the package back to our Manchester HQ. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items?

Oh no! If your item arrives broken or has a fault, we are so sorry. Please email us with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund immediately — **on us!**

Refund Timing ⏳

Once we receive your return, we'll check it over (usually within 48 hours) and process your refund. The money will wander back to your original payment method in **5–7 business days**.
