Do you ship worldwide?
Not just yet! We currently ship across the UK, and we're working on international shipping — it's coming very soon. ✨
How long will my order take?
We hand-pack every order within 1–2 business days, then standard UK delivery takes 2–4 business days via Royal Mail or Evri — fully tracked.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £35. 🎉
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy! If you're not, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, cute packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no! Please email us right away at hello@charmoko.com with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement immediately.

How do I wash my plushies?
We recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. For a deep clean, hand wash in cool water and air dry!
